A limited number of scholarships will be offered to staff from eligible PNG government agencies listed below for study in priority skill areas. Scholarships will be for graduate certificates or diploma, with the option to upgrade to a Master’s based on academic performance. Staff from eligible agencies must be recommended for the scholarship by their agency head. Scholarships will be awarded through a competitive, merit-based process.
For 2027, eligible agencies are:

- Department of Higher Education, Research, Science and Technology
- Department of Education
- Department of Justice and Attorney General
- Department of Treasury
- Department of Health
- Department of Foreign Affairs
- Department of Defence
- Department of Information and Communications Technology
- Department of Prime Minister and National Executive Council
- Department of Transport
- Climate Change and Development Authority
- Climate Change and Development Authority
- PNG Customs Service
- PNG Immigration and Citizenship Authority
- Internal Revenue Commission
- PNG Correctional Services
- Autonomous Bougainville Government.
